Royvoria™ offers modern home textile products designed for everyday living.

To improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary storage and excess inventory, some of our products are shipped directly from trusted production partners and fulfillment centers around the world.

This streamlined shipping approach helps us:

1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost

Every Royvoria™ order is carefully prepared before shipment to ensure product quality and accurate delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–4 business days for processing, product inspection, and packaging before they are shipped.

During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

We provide a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order, regardless of destination or order size.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since Royvoria™ works with international fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Other International Locations 15 – 20 Business Days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Please keep in mind:

• Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping label is generated
• A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is delayed

Your order will continue moving through the carrier's network while updates are being processed.


4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be shipped using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

• Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Royvoria™ cannot control or predict customs regulations in different countries

For most small home textile items, customs charges are uncommon, but policies vary by location.


5. Order Changes or Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, orders are prepared soon after they are placed.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at:

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancellations.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Royvoria™ will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
