We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered
• The product must be returned with original packaging
• Any tags or labels (if applicable) must still be attached
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. Starting a Return Request

If the return is approved, you will receive:

• A return authorization confirmation
• Shipping instructions and return details

Important:
Packages sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrect compared to your order

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return.

• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials or flammable products

In addition, the following items are generally not refundable:

• Discounted or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Original shipping fees paid during checkout

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest solution is usually to:

  1. Request a return for the original product

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

6. European Union Consumer Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify for this right:

• The product must remain unused
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided

This EU consumer protection rule applies in addition to our standard return policy.


7. Refund Processing

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If the refund is approved:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing may take up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request has been approved.

Customers must wait for authorization and instructions before sending any return packages.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
